Three ways to start

If you’re a parent — sign up to a Family plan and add up to 5 children (Elite). Your children get their own learning space safely managed under your account. Children under 18 cannot sign up themselves; you’ll set their account up in seconds.

If you’re a teacher or tutor — sign up to an Educator plan and invite pupils with a one-time code. Up to 30 pupils on Elite Educator. Your pupils get free access to your assigned content; if you want them to access the wider Pro or Elite library, they (or their parents) can upgrade their student plan separately.

If you’re a student aged 18 or over — sign up directly on a Free, Pro or Elite student plan. Self-study with curriculum-aligned content, mock exams, and progress tracking.

Annual savings

Pay annually and save — the exact discount is shown on each plan card above (configured by us in the back end). Cancel anytime — annual plans refund the unused portion pro-rata.

Child safety is non-negotiable

Learnaroo Hub is built to be a safe space for young people. We hard-block self-registration by under-18s in line with the UK GDPR and the ICO’s Children’s Code. We collect the minimum data needed to run your child’s learning — never more — and we never display third-party advertising in a child’s account. You’ll always be able to see what your child has accessed, request a copy of their data, or ask us to delete it. That’s one of the main reasons families and schools choose Learnaroo Hub over more generic platforms.

What’s included in every plan

Every Learnaroo plan includes access to our resource library mapped to the UK National Curriculum, the assignment and progress-tracking dashboard, and our printable PDF library. Tier (Pro / Elite) controls how much of the library you can see; role (Family / Educator / Institute) controls how many learners you can manage.

Frequently asked

Can I change plans later? Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

What happens to my children’s data if I cancel? Your group is paused, not deleted. Reactivate within 90 days and everything — child profiles, assignments, progress — is exactly where you left it. After 90 days you can request full erasure.

Do schools get bulk discounts? Yes. The Institute Unlimited plan is custom-priced based on school size. Contact us at teamalpha@learnaroohub.com for a quote.

Can my under-13 child use Learnaroo? Yes — but only via a parent account. Sign up yourself, then add a child profile from your dashboard. We never let under-18s self-register.
