How do I cancel my subscription?
From your account page, choose Manage Subscription. You’ll be sent to your payment portal. Cancelling keeps access until the end of your current billing period.

No — each family or educator plan is tied to one account. We keep prices low by relying on each subscription being one household.

New packs are released regularly across all key stages.
Can I download resources for offline use?
Yes — paid-plan subscribers can print and save every resource as PDF.
