How do I cancel my subscription?
From your account page, choose Manage Subscription. You’ll be sent to your payment portal. Cancelling keeps access until the end of your current billing period.

I forgot my password.
Use the password reset page.

Can I share my account with another family?
No — each family/educator plan is tied to one account. We keep prices low by relying on each subscription being one household.

Content

How often is new content added?
New packs are released regularly across all key stages.

Can I download resources for offline use?
Yes — paid-plan subscribers can print and save every resource as PDF.
