Choosing the plan that matches how you learn

Compare plans by who will use the account, how many learner profiles are needed and which resources or management features matter. A family plan is designed for home use, while educator and school options support different assignment and administration needs. Check the current price, billing interval, trial terms and cancellation information shown during the journey before confirming a subscription.

Do not choose a larger plan solely because it contains more features. Start with the real use case: independent home practice, tutoring, classroom assignment or organisation-wide access. If the number of children, staff roles or reporting requirements changes, review the available upgrade path before creating duplicate accounts. Questions about invoicing, procurement or data arrangements for a school should be raised through the school enquiry route rather than a personal registration form.

Before paying, confirm which account will own the subscription and which adults need management access. Keep receipts and renewal information with the person responsible for the account. If a trial is offered, note when paid billing begins and test the important learning journey during the trial instead of waiting until the final day. Contact support if the displayed plan or child capacity does not match the purchase you expect.
