Chemical Reactions KS3
Chemical Reactions KS3 is a five-mission Year 8 science activity book mapped to the DfE National Curriculum for KS3 chemistry (chemical reactions). Learners tell a physical change from a chemical change, spot the signs a reaction has happened (colour change, gas, temperature change, a precipitate, light and sound), name reactants and products, use conservation of mass and word equations such as magnesium + oxygen → magnesium oxide, and describe combustion, oxidation and rusting, neutralisation (acid + alkali → salt + water), the pH scale, and exothermic and endothermic reactions. Every question is auto-marked on screen, or the whole book can be printed with a full answer key. Includes teacher, parent and pupil notes and is fully SEND-friendly with high-contrast and large-text modes.
