Drawing & Sketchbook Explorer is a five-studio KS2 art activity book mapped to the DfE National Curriculum for Art & Design. Children explore line and mark-making with different drawing tools (pencil grades such as HB and 2B, and charcoal), shade smoothly from light to dark, add texture and cross-hatching, draw everyday objects from close observation, and record their own ideas in a sketchbook. A handful of quick drawing-vocabulary questions are auto-marked on screen; the rest of the book is hands-on, creative and printable, with a full answer key. Includes teacher, parent and pupil notes and is fully SEND-friendly with high-contrast and large-text modes.
