KS1 English: Grammar & Punctuation — Support
Gentle, scaffolded KS1 grammar support: small steps through capital letters, end marks, commas, apostrophes and word jobs. Auto-marked. Print or play.
KS1 English: Grammar & Punctuation — Support is a gentle, scaffolded activity book for Years 1–2 vocabulary, grammar and punctuation, mapped to the DfE National Curriculum and designed to build confidence one idea at a time. Five friendly steps use worked examples to practise fixing a sentence with a capital letter and a full stop, choosing between a question mark and an exclamation mark, placing a comma correctly in a short list, joining two words with an apostrophe to make a contraction, and sorting a simple sentence into nouns, verbs, adjectives and adverbs. Most questions are multiple choice so the focus stays on the idea, and every step is auto-marked on screen with a full answer key, or the whole book can be printed to work through slowly on paper. The tone is warm and encouraging with no pass or fail language. Includes teacher, parent and pupil notes and is fully SEND-friendly with high-contrast and large-text modes.
