Financial Education KS3 is a five-mission Citizenship activity book for Key Stage 3 (ages 11โ14), mapped to the DfE National Curriculum for financial education โ the functions and uses of money, budgeting, managing risk and being a critical consumer. Students work through income and expenditure and needs versus wants, saving and interest versus borrowing, bank accounts and how Income Tax and VAT work, and payslips covering gross pay, net pay and the minimum wage, before building their own monthly budget and planning how to be a smart consumer. The knowledge check-ins are auto-marked on screen, while the budget and consumer missions are open planning tasks with no pass-or-fail tone. Includes teacher, parent and pupil notes and is fully SEND-friendly with high-contrast and large-text modes.
