GCSE Psychology Revision Workbook
GCSE Psychology Revision Workbook is a five-mission activity book that builds the core knowledge every GCSE psychology board tests — AQA (8182), Edexcel and OCR — mapped to the DfE subject content and the Assessment Objectives (AO1 knowledge, AO2 application, AO3 analysis and evaluation). Students revise memory through the multi-store model, encoding, storage and retrieval, the capacity of short-term memory, the primacy and recency effects and Bartlett’s reconstructive memory; perception through sensation, monocular and binocular depth cues and Gibson’s and Gregory’s theories; Piaget’s stages of development; social influence including conformity, obedience (Milgram) and the bystander effect; the brain, neuron and synapse; and research methods including independent and dependent variables, hypotheses, sampling and ethics. Key-term and knowledge questions are auto-marked on screen, while open tasks apply a study to real life and design a simple experiment with an IV, a DV and one ethic. The whole book can be printed with a full answer key. Includes teacher, parent and student notes and is fully SEND-friendly with high-contrast and large-text modes.
