Grammar & Vocabulary Detective KS3 is a five-mission Year 7 English activity book mapped to the DfE National Curriculum for KS3 grammar and vocabulary. Students identify the eight word classes, analyse main and subordinate clauses, phrases and simple, compound and complex sentences, control tense and the active and passive voice, apply Standard English subject–verb agreement, punctuate with commas, apostrophes, colons and semicolons, and build vocabulary through synonyms, antonyms and prefixes.
