KS3 Chemistry: Particles & States โ Deep Revision
KS3 Chemistry: Particles & States — Deep Revision is the extended-practice set for Key Stage 3, the particulate nature of matter, mapped to the DfE National Curriculum. Learners work through the particle model of solids, liquids and gases (arrangement, movement, energy and forces), every change of state including melting, freezing, evaporation, boiling, condensation and sublimation with the melting and boiling points of water, using the model to explain compressibility, fixed shape and volume, diffusion and gas pressure, calculating density and rearranging mass = density times volume, and applying conservation of mass to changes of state. Sections 1–4 hold thirty auto-marked questions that build from foundation to greater depth; Section 5 is an extended reasoning challenge with a full answer key. Includes teacher, parent and pupil notes and is fully SEND-friendly with high-contrast and large-text modes.
