KS1 Mathematics: Statistics — Quick Burst is a fast-paced, fully auto-marked activity book mapped to the DfE National Curriculum for Year 2, the year statistics first appears in the KS1 programme of study. Five short rounds race through reading a pictogram (including a key worth more than one item), a tally chart, a simple table, a block diagram, and a final mixed pictogram round, each asking learners to find a total, spot the most or fewest category, and work out a difference between two categories. With around twenty quick questions and a full worked answer key, it is ideal as a warm-up, a fluency check, or five minutes of focused practice between longer lessons.
