Writing Workshop KS3

Writing Workshop KS3 is a five-mission Year 8 English activity book mapped to the DfE National Curriculum for KS3 writing. Students match writing to its purpose, audience and form, control simple, compound and complex sentences, punctuate for effect with commas, semicolons, colons, dashes and ellipsis, upgrade tired words into ambitious vocabulary, craft strong topic sentences, and plan, draft and proofread an extended piece of their own. Knowledge questions are auto-marked on screen, or the whole book can be printed with a full answer key. Includes teacher, parent and pupil notes and is fully SEND-friendly with high-contrast and large-text modes.
