Drawing & Sketchbook Explorer is a five-studio KS2 art activity book mapped to the DfE National Curriculum for Art & Design. Children explore line and mark-making with different drawing tools (pencil grades such as HB and 2B, and charcoal), shade smoothly from light to dark, add texture and cross-hatching, draw everyday objects from close observation, and record their own ideas in a sketchbook.
