Watch from the beginning and answer each prompt before the model answer. Use the three pause cards for thinking time and pause longer when needed. The last four questions include six-second answer gaps. Captions, transcript and speed controls are available.
Choose a quiet space and let your child answer aloud or on paper. Pause for the full recommended thinking times in the guide. Afterwards, ask for the word equation and why photosynthesis is endothermic. Completion is tracked; this lesson has no score.
Use as a GCSE Biology or Combined Science bioenergetics retrieval lesson. It teaches the word equation, chlorophyll, endothermic energy transfer, glucose uses and biomass. Follow with limiting factors or a required-practical task. Progress is tracked and unscored.

Ask the learner to state carbon dioxide + water → glucose + oxygen, identify light as the transferred energy source, and explain why photosynthesis is endothermic. Check that they distinguish making glucose from absorbing water and mineral ions.
