KS1 Music: Listening — Quick Burst is a fast-recall activity book mapped to the DfE National Curriculum for Key Stage 1 Music. Five short rounds drill twelve quick-fire listening skills: telling loud from quiet sounds (dynamics), fast from slow sounds (tempo), high from low sounds (pitch), sorting instruments into the string, wind and percussion families by how their sound is made, and matching loud/quiet and fast/slow together to a calm or exciting mood.
