Plants Detective KS1

Plants Detective KS1 is a five-mission KS1 (Year 1 and Year 2) science activity book mapped to the DfE National Curriculum for plants. Little detectives name the roots, stem, leaf and flower and say what each part does, find out that plants need water, light and warmth to grow, meet deciduous and evergreen trees and wild and garden plants, name common plants such as the daisy, sunflower and oak, and discover how seeds and bulbs grow into new plants, finishing with a grow-a-seed home task. Every question is auto-marked on screen, or the whole book can be printed with a full answer key.
