Reading Detective KS2

Reading Detective KS2 is a five-case Year 4 English activity book mapped to the DfE National Curriculum for reading comprehension. Children read an original short passage and then retrieve facts, infer meaning with evidence (“how do you know?”), work out the meaning of words in context, and investigate the author’s word choices. The first four cases are auto-marked on screen, or the whole book can be printed with a full answer key, and it finishes with an open written response to complete at home. Includes teacher, parent and pupil notes and is fully SEND-friendly with high-contrast and large-text modes.
