Design & Make KS1

Design & Make KS1 is a five-mission KS1 Design & Technology activity book mapped to the DfE National Curriculum. Children learn the design, make and evaluate cycle, get to know their tools and materials, and stay safe as they join card with glue, tape and split pins, build strong, stiff and stable structures like a card tower, and make simple mechanisms such as a lever or slider. Short knowledge checks are auto-marked on screen, while every mission includes a real hands-on make-it task and an honest evaluation. Includes teacher, parent and pupil notes and is fully SEND-friendly with high-contrast and large-text modes.
