Space Physics KS3
Space Physics KS3 is a five-mission Year 9 science activity book mapped to the DfE National Curriculum for KS3 physics (space). Learners name the eight planets in order and describe the Sun as a star, explain gravity as a force of attraction and calculate weight using W = mg with g ≈ 10 N/kg, explain why weight changes on the Moon while mass stays the same, account for day and night, years and seasons, describe the Moon’s orbit and phases, sort natural from artificial satellites, and place the Sun in the Milky Way galaxy with distances measured in light years. Every question is auto-marked on screen, or the whole book can be printed with a full answer key. Includes teacher, parent and pupil notes and is fully SEND-friendly with high-contrast and large-text modes.
