KS1 English: Composition — Support is a gentle, scaffolded activity book for Years 1–2 composition, mapped to the DfE National Curriculum and designed to build confidence one idea at a time. Five friendly steps use worked examples and mostly two-choice questions to practise spotting the capital letter at the start of a sentence, spotting the full stop at the end, spotting neat finger spaces between words, joining two ideas with the word and, and picking a describing word from a short pair of choices. Every step is auto-marked on screen with a full answer key, or the whole book can be printed to work through slowly on paper. The tone is warm and encouraging with no pass or fail language. Includes teacher, parent and pupil notes and is fully SEND-friendly with high-contrast and large-text modes.
