Learnaroo Hub Ltd
Copyright & Mock-Paper Ownership
This policy explains who owns Learnaroo resources and how our mock and practice papers relate to real assessments.
Learnaroo owns the published learning material
Learnaroo Hub Ltd owns the copyright in the learning resources it publishes on learnaroohub.com, including its questions, answers, explanations, mock papers, practice papers, marking guidance, worksheets, lessons, quizzes, diagrams and original page designs.
Our papers are original mocks
Learnaroo does not reproduce or republish original exam-board past papers. Every mock or practice paper in the Learnaroo catalogue is independently written by Learnaroo. It may reflect the topics, subject coverage, question styles, structure, marks, timing and level of challenge found in real assessments so that learners can practise in a realistic format.
The legacy /past-papers/ web address is retained so existing customer links and bookmarks continue to work. The resources presented there are Learnaroo mock and practice papers, not official past papers.
Exam-board and assessment references
Names such as AQA, Pearson Edexcel, OCR and WJEC/Eduqas, together with specification codes and assessment names, are used only to identify the specification or exam format a Learnaroo resource is designed to support. Those names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Learnaroo Hub Ltd is independent. Its resources are not issued, approved or endorsed by an exam board, the Standards and Testing Agency or the Department for Education.
Review before publication
Before publication, Learnaroo content is reviewed by Humaira Ahmed, a qualified teacher and director of Learnaroo Hub Ltd, for educational quality, curriculum or specification fit and Learnaroo ownership. This is Learnaroo's internal editorial review; it is not exam-board approval.
Customer use
Customers receive the limited rights described in the Terms of Service and their plan. Buying or accessing a resource does not transfer its copyright. Customers must not present a Learnaroo mock paper as an official exam-board paper or remove its ownership notice.
Questions or concerns
If you believe a resource has been described incorrectly or raises an ownership concern, email support@learnaroohub.com with the resource URL and details. Learnaroo will review the report and correct or withdraw material where appropriate.
